Seven closed circular Tyzzerella nexilis genomes (strain A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, DSM1787) derived from fecal samples of 5 patients with multiple sclerosis and RIKEN-BRC are deposited. DSM1787, strain A1, and strain B1 are isolated strains. Strain A2, A3, B2, and B3 are unisolated strains.
